Each listing shows the yearly rent and every other charge before you pay anything. Can't find the right home? Tell us what you need: we share it with our network of agents, and we contact you once we've done a proper Home Check.
Seeing the home costs nothing (₦0 inspection fee). The Home Check fee pays for our checks, not for permission to view. You pay it only after the agent confirms the home is available: it is set by the area the home is in, you're told the amount before you pay, and it is separate from rent. We send you every detail we found, then schedule the viewing with you and the agent.
Once you've agreed a deal, you can use our Agreement Clinic to understand the contract you're entering with the landlord or property manager.

You pay our Home Check fee only into the company account of MYEASYAGENT LIMITED; rent, caution deposit and agency fee go to the landlord or the agent who holds the home.
Every agent on our register has had their identity checked. Where an agent has a LASRERA registration or ERCAAN membership, their profile shows it, so you can check it with LASRERA or ERCAAN yourself. Each listing says what we checked and when. It pays for the work of getting you to a home that is really there. Our team contacts the agent who holds the home, confirms it is still available and open for viewing, books the day and time with you, and follows up with you and the agent afterwards.

You know the cost before you leave home. Each listing shows the yearly rent, every other charge and the total to move in. Before you travel, we tell you the Home Check fee for the area and give you an estimate of the transport fares to the home, so there are no surprise payments on the day.
On your first viewing, nobody may ask you for transport money or a tip. If anyone does, tell us.
No. You pay rent, caution deposit and agency fee directly to the landlord or the agent who holds the home. MYEASYAGENT only receives its own fees, such as the Home Check fee and Agreement Clinic fees, and only into the company account of MYEASYAGENT LIMITED.
If anyone asks you to pay our fee into a personal account, don’t pay. Message us on WhatsApp first.
Before an agent or property manager can list with us, our team checks who they are. Where they hold a LASRERA registration or ERCAAN membership, or belong to another registered professional association, we check those details too. Every agent agrees to our code of conduct before we send them clients.
An agent’s profile shows only the labels they have earned: “On our register” for every agent we have checked, and “ERCAAN member” or “LASRERA registered” only where we have recorded it. See the agents on our register.

We tell you who is handling your report and when to expect our reply, and we can pause a listing while we look into it. An agent with three confirmed violations is removed from our network.
You can also report an agent to LASRERA through the Lagos State Government website, to ERCAAN if they say they are a member, or to the police.
Clients who are ready to view. Before we send them, they have told us their area, budget and move date, and they have paid the Home Check fee after you confirmed the home is free.
Listing costs nothing, and you receive a fixed logistics payment for each completed paid viewing of a home you confirmed. Read the agent terms or apply to join.
