Unlike standard agencies, we use a Confirmed Viewing System. This means before you step out, we establish direct contact with the listing agent and confirm that the property is still available to let and accessible.

Once you pay the one-time Coordination Fee, we schedule your confirmed viewing appointment on your behalf, providing you the date, time, agent name, and exact address. Both you and the agent meet face-to-face.

The Coordination Fee is not an inspection fee; it is a service charge that covers verifying the agent, confirming the property condition, booking a confirmed appointment, and following up on both ends post-viewing.

Because it covers significant logistical work, it is paid after we confirm the property is available, but before you go for the physical viewing.
