MYEASYAGENT LIMITED is a property viewing coordination service and proptech company based in Lagos, Nigeria, holding Lagos State real estate permit BOS/2000172R/2026. We make it easier to avoid rental scams in Lagos: we check who agents are, show their LASRERA or ERCAAN details when they have them, and confirm a home is available before anyone pays us. We exist to remove ghost listings, wasted viewing fees, and broken trust in Lagos real estate. We are building a checked connection between serious renters and accountable agents. Our signature service is the Agreement Clinic, a legal vetting service for tenancy agreements.

Who holds the keys
For every home, we ask who holds the keys and the landlord's authority, and we tell you before you view. We ask for the agent who holds the keys, so you aren't paying a chain of agents.
Agreement Clinic
Our legal team audits your tenancy draft before you transfer funds, removing arbitrary rent escalation clauses and safeguarding caution deposits.
Transparent Move-In Math
Annual rent plus every other charge (caution, legal, agency, service charge or landlord's package) itemised on each listing before you pay. No surprise levies.
One WhatsApp number
Every listing has the same MYEASYAGENT number, so you never chase an agent's private line. Fewer wasted trips: we confirm the home is available before you travel.
Agents on our register
We check who each agent is before they can list with us, and record their LASRERA registration or ERCAAN membership when they have one.
A receipt for what you pay
You pay the Home Check fee for the area only after the agent confirms the home is free, and you get a receipt.

How It Works
Confirmed before you pay
We confirm the home is available before you pay the Home Check fee. The Home Check fee pays for confirming the home and arranging your viewing.
Mandatory Physical Inspection
The direct agent who actually holds the keys must physically inspect the property. We accept real, current photos only — no screenshots from other groups.
Legal Protection Before Signing
Our Agreement Clinic reviews your tenancy agreement against the Lagos Tenancy Law before you sign, ensuring you aren't trapped by illegal clauses.
What We Won't Tolerate
These are not warnings we invented. They are patterns documented weekly in the Lagos rental market, and the legal consequences are real.
Practising Real Estate Without LASRERA Registration Is an Offence
Under the Lagos State Real Estate Regulatory Authority Law 2022, anyone doing real estate business in Lagos, including as a commission agent, must be registered with LASRERA. In June 2025 the Lagos State Government restated that practising without registration is an offence, and LASRERA has sealed the offices of unregistered agents.
Bypassing the Platform After an Introduction
When a client decides to deal directly and cut out MYEASYAGENT, they void all our protections. If the deal goes wrong, there is no agent on our register on record, no refund route, and no accountability mechanism.
Strict rules on side deals
For 12 months after we introduce a client, an agent who lets them one of their homes must tell us and share the agency fee. Hiding such a deal is a serious strike, and removals are counted on our public accountability record.
Ignoring Professional Bodies
An unregistered agent has no disciplinary body to answer to and no legal accountability. Dealing with them is entirely at your own risk.
Our Credentials
LASRERA (Lagos State Real Estate Regulatory Authority) issues government-backed licenses and investigates complaints. ERCAAN (Estate Rent and Commission Agents Association of Nigeria, founded 1990) sets ethics standards. Together, they form the backbone of a trustworthy market.

I realized building just another property listing website wouldn't fix anything. The market needed verification. It needed a system that punished fraud and rewarded honesty.
That is why we built MYEASYAGENT. We shifted the entire model from paying to view a ghost listing to getting verification before payment. We check every agent's identity, and their LASRERA or ERCAAN details where they have them.
