Verified Before Payment

Every property is verified before any money changes hands. The Coordination Fee funds this physical verification and is never split as commission.

The direct agent who actually holds the keys must physically inspect the property. We accept real, current photos only — no screenshots from other groups.

Legal Protection Before Signing

Our Agreement Clinic reviews your tenancy agreement against the Lagos Tenancy Law before you sign, ensuring you aren't trapped by illegal clauses.

Collecting Fees Without a License Is a Criminal Offence

Under the Lagos State Properties Protection Law and LASRERA regulations, collecting money for property introductions without registration is illegal. LASRERA actively prosecutes these cases.

Bypassing the Platform After an Introduction

When a client decides to deal directly and cut out MyEasyAgent, they void all our protections. If the deal goes wrong, there is no verified agent on record, no refund route, and no accountability mechanism.

A Zero Tolerance System

We enforce a strict 12-month rule against side deals outside the platform. We maintain a public accountability register to permanently ban fraudulent actors.

Ignoring Professional Bodies

An unregistered agent has no disciplinary body to answer to and no legal accountability. Dealing with them is entirely at your own risk.

I realized building just another property listing website wouldn't fix anything. The market needed verification. It needed a system that punished fraud and rewarded honesty.

That is why we built MyEasyAgent. We shifted the entire model from paying to view a ghost listing to getting verification before payment. We require every agent on our platform to be licensed, identifiable, and accountable to LASRERA and ERCAAN.
