Every number is counted directly from the MYEASYAGENT Operations Google Sheet, every Monday and on the 1st of each month. "Not yet tracked" means we don't record that yet, so we don't guess it. Zero is an honest starting point, not a failure.
What these numbers mean
Viewing requests and properties confirmed
Every request for a viewing that reached us, and every home we confirmed with the person holding it before a viewing was booked.
Refunds
Home Check fees we paid back. You get the fee back in full if, after you paid, we can't confirm the home is available, or the home is very different from what we told you (Cancellations and refunds).
Agent strikes and removals
A confirmed problem usually means a written warning first, then a suspension. Three confirmed strikes, or confirmed dishonesty towards a client, means removal (Strikes and removal). The strike log above shows the month, the kind of problem and the outcome, without the agent's name.
How we check
The agent
Agents give us their LASRERA or ERCAAN details where they have them, and we check them before they go on our register.
The home
Before a viewing is booked, we confirm with the person holding the home that it is real and free.
Then you pay
You pay the Home Check fee only after that confirmation, and only into the MYEASYAGENT LIMITED account.
