When I looked at the Lagos real estate market, I did not see a lack of houses. I saw a complete breakdown of trust. I saw renters paying to view an apartment that had been gone for weeks, and honest agents losing clients to unregistered middlemen.
I realized building just another property listing website wouldn't fix anything. The market needed verification. It needed a system that punished fraud and rewarded honesty.
That is why we built MyEasyAgent. We shifted the entire model from paying to view a ghost listing to getting verification before payment. We require every agent on our platform to be licensed, identifiable, and accountable to LASRERA and ERCAAN.

A small coordination fee (it varies by property, and we tell you the amount first) covers our field verification team and books you dedicated access to the agent who holds the keys.
