1. Who We Are MyEasyAgent is a property viewing confirmation service based in Lagos, Nigeria. We are not a property listing platform. We do not hold or manage properties. We connect clients with verified, LASRERA-licensed agents after confirming that a specific property is available — and only charge a Confirmation Fee after that availability is confirmed.

2. What Information We Collect We collect the following when you interact with our website or WhatsApp:

  • Your name, WhatsApp number, and preferred area/budget when you submit a property preference via our Google Form
  • Your WhatsApp number or email address when you subscribe to property alerts
  • Your tenancy agreement document (PDF) when you submit it for our Agreement Clinic service
  • Your name and Flutterwave payment reference when you pay for a service

We do not collect payment card numbers. All payment processing is handled entirely by Flutterwave. We never see or store your card details.

3. How We Use Your Information

  • Property preference data: to contact LASRERA-licensed agents on your behalf and notify you of available properties via WhatsApp
  • Property alert subscriptions: to send you WhatsApp messages when relevant new listings are added
  • Agreement Clinic documents: to forward to our retained licensed lawyers for professional review — and for no other purpose
  • Payment references: to verify and reconcile confirmed transactions in our records

4. What We Never Do

  • We never sell your personal information to any third party
  • We never share your tenancy agreement with anyone except our retained lawyers
  • We never add your number to any broadcast list without your explicit consent
  • We never use your information for any purpose beyond what is described above

5. WhatsApp Communications When you submit your details or contact us, you may receive WhatsApp messages from our business number. You can opt out at any time by replying “STOP.” We will not message you again after receiving that instruction.

6. Where Your Data Is Stored Your submitted information is stored in Google Forms and Google Sheets, managed by Google LLC. Google’s privacy policy applies to how that data is stored. Agreement Clinic documents uploaded to Google Drive are deleted from our systems 90 days after your vetting report has been delivered.

7. Cookies We use a single first-party cookie (measyagent_consent) to remember your cookie preference. We do not use advertising cookies, tracking pixels, or third-party analytics cookies. If you click “Decline” on our cookie banner, no tracking cookies are set.

8. Your Rights Under the Nigeria Data Protection Act 2023 You have the right to request access to, correction of, or deletion of any personal data we hold about you. 9. Children Our services are intended for adults (18 and over) in the context of property rental and purchase. We do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 18.

10. Changes When this policy changes, we update the “Last updated” date at the top. Continued use of our services after a change constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
